It’s All the Same
So, this might upset some of you guys out there. Based on the OP’s story, their olive oil bottling plant sells 27 different types of oils, right? The only problem is that they pour the exact same olive oil into every bottle. Extra-virgin, regular-virgin, non-virgin, aged virgin, etc.—it’s all the same OO.

This sounds highly illegal, and according to the OP, it definitely is. However, as long as nobody reports the problem to the authorities, the bottling plant can’t be troubled to fix their unethical business practices. They didn’t divulge which bottling plant does this, so we can’t tell for certain which company is screwing us over.
