If you don’t hate the system in Hollywood, we’ll give you several reasons to. First and foremost, higher-ups in the Hollywood chain will take advantage of aspiring actors and actresses in ways that you couldn’t imagine (think Harvey Weinstein). Next, the celebrities you see in movies and on TV might not actually be nice people (think Ellen DeGeneres).
And now, the OP is telling us that even the finances in Hollywood aren’t always kosher. People generate fake invoices to “keep costs down” while, at the same time, pocketing all of the savings. If you want to make it in Hollywood, either as an actor or someone who works behind the cameras, prepare to get your soul crushed.
