Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar started her Hollywood career when she was four years old. She was spotted at a restaurant by a talent agent; two weeks later she was invited to an audition and she received the part. Since then, and until 1993 when she was cast for the popular soap opera All My Children, she participated in minor roles on television.
Among those roles, Sarah Michelle Gellar appeared in a Burger King commercial. A 6-year old Gellar stood in front of the camera, criticizing Burger King’s biggest rival, McDonald’s. It was a decade later, in 1996, that Gellar landed her breakthrough role – the lead role in the critically-acclaim series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
