Some of you might recognize actor Dean Winters as Mr. Mayhem from the Allstate Insurance commercials, but the fact is he’s a serious actor. Mr. Mayhem was a character created for the Allstate commercials, a ragged figure who’s supposed to sell car insurance by damaging his car.
When he’s not playing Mr. Mayhwem, Dean Winters appears in more serious roles in film and television. He plays a recurring role in NBC’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine, as well as on television series 30 Rock, Sex and the City and Law and Order.
