The worst time to doze off
Everyone needs to get their eight hours of beauty sleep. No exceptions at all. If you can’t fit those eight hours into your night, make sure you get plenty of rest during the day, regardless of where you are. If you’re going to a concert, make sure you get enough shut-eye so that you fully enjoy the bands when they play.
