#3: Mysterious Blue Honey
2012 was a very eventful year for one group of French beehives. Some of the honey in the hive had started to take on a variety of blue and green hues, leaving beekeepers totally mystified as to this very strange phenomenon. Were the bees fed up with honey and moved on to blueberry jelly?

The mystery was solved when the beekeepers tracked the bees’ movements to discover regular outings to a local M&M factory. I guess the bees must have thought the beautiful blue pellets were flowers and extracted “pollen” from them. I wouldn’t mind a dash of M&M honey with my toast!
