The 31st President, Herbert Hoover, looks quite handsome with that big hat of his. I also noticed he is wearing glasses, which he rarely wore during his Presidency. This would have been around 1899 when he married Lou Henry. While his Presidency was infamous due to it taking place during the Great Depression, he managed to improve his reputation over time due to his work in the Truman and Eisenhower administrations. Which is great, but I want that hat of his.
