The risks of the profession
Working at a hardware store sounds safe enough, after all, if you’re a responsible person, what can possibly happen? Certainly, this girl never expected anything like this to happen, and how did it even happen? We can’t even begin to guess.
However, if you try hard enough, you can find light in everything, even in this unfortunate situation: at least the paint missed her eyes, otherwise, this could’ve been a lot worse. It was a close call, and so you can consider her a lucky girl, in a way. I think for her next job, she might reconsider the possible risks.
