“I’m going to be late for work”
Nothing to see here, just a slight delay. Cutting down trees, as this photo proves, isn’t just an environmental hazard, but it’s a safety hazard for people as well. We only hope they announced this was happening and gave enough time for the people to leave the car.
One way or another, having a giant tree collapse on your tree is the worst way to start your day, but at least you have a valid excuse for being late to work. Although, on second thought, it sounds about as convincing as “the dog ate my homework” – who’s going to believe that?
