They’re looking because they’re worried
Some people don’t like to have all eyes on them, while others will do anything to stand out in a crowd. That’s why we sometimes dress in provocative or otherwise eye-catching ways. This girl wasn’t trying to get everyone’s attention, but you can’t really blame people for looking when it’s the middle of winter and she’s dressed in a tank top.
Of course, these women aren’t looking because they’re jealous of what they see, but because they’re simply wondering if she isn’t cold. To us it seems like they might feel unprivileged next to this woman, and these are expression of jealousy and resentment. It’s easier said than done, but we think they would be better off minding their own business, dropping their attitude and being thankful for what they have.
