Not Very Appetizing
“This person ordered brisket nachos and got… this.” That’s the caption that accompanied this photo, that went viral, for obvious reasons. What we see here is a whole lot of cheese, with what looks like a few single nacho chips underneath, and a few small pieces of meat on top. Overall, this doesn’t look like a very appetizing dish.
This is basically a mountain of melted cheese with a few scarce toppings. This is something we could easily make at home, and it would probably look and taste better. We’d be entirely disappointed if we ordered a dish of brisket nachos and got this unappetizing plate, and there’s a good chance we’d request a refund – or never return to that restaurant.
