We could all use a confidence boost every now and then, and now we know not to visit Starbucks whenever we’re feeling unsure of ourselves, because they would only make things worse. Starbucks employees are known to always get customers’ names wrong, we’re used to that, and we expect that, but we think this customer deserves a refund for this, since this seems intentional.

I’m sorry, but there is absolutely no way this Starbucks worker thought this person’s name was “ugly.” If anything, he literally thought their name was ugly, and that’s what came out. So he received his slushy, but at what price? If you ask us, this whole name-taking system at coffee shops is becoming obsolete.
