Life Of The Party
It is no secret that once you become a parent, leisure time is limited, especially during the first few years of parenting. Partying, in particular, becomes a no-go. So much so that you often have to frequently cancel plans with your friends who aren’t parents yet. Perhaps sometimes it isn’t a bad idea to randomly go out.
If that means popping out of nowhere in a stained t-shirt, overgrown and unkempt hair, and an inadequate and uncoordinated outfit, then why not? After all, you have to let the dogs out and not worry about kids for a few hours. I’m sure all these factors won’t matter to your pals. They’ll be shocked even to see you in the first place and even more grateful to have you back.
