Like Chimp, Like Toddler
A child is probably at their worst behavior-wise during their toddler years. All forms of instruction tend to fall on deaf ears. This chimpanzee is the perfect depiction of this. At this stage of their lives, toddlers want to touch, eat and lick anything. Hygiene is a foreign concept, so warning them not to touch anything at the doctor’s office is as good as encouraging them.
What’s worse is having to yell at them when they act like this in public, after being warned to be on their best behavior. Toddlers go out of their way to push your buttons to see how far they can go before you lose it! A quick yell will either make them stop or have them go on further. A nightmare!
