Unhealthy Holidays
If you think about it, it’s incredibly fortuitous that the holidays of the year line up the way that they do. Think about it: October, Halloween and all the candy. November, Thanksgiving and all of the mashed potatoes and stuffing. December, Christmas and all the eggnog and candy canes. January, New Year’s and your resolution to lose weight.
I mean, it’s like it’s meant to be! After the last three months of the year have completely destroyed your determination to eat healthily, you start over with a holiday that encourages people to change their lives! Like millions of people worldwide, you can set a goal to lose weight in January (and then completely blow it off by January 15th).
