But it is supremely unnecessary and unhelpful on Thanksgiving week. It’s a holiday, and you’re allowed to treat yourself. You can worry about your weight next week. Although, actually, at that point, it’ll be the Christmas season, and you’ll be full of cookies and eggnog. OK, you can worry about your weight in January.
