A Challenging Meal
Alright, so in my waxing poetic about the joy that is Thanksgiving, I may have glossed over one of the more challenging parts of the holiday, and that is the fact that some poor person is in charge of preparing, or at least planning and coordinating, the largest and most elaborate meal of the year.

If you love to cook, it’s a great experience. Maybe you are thrilled to make yams from scratch using the recipe that your grandmother got from her neighbor during WWII and the same stuffing your family has been eating since the 18th century. If not, you may find that a little restaurant help does not go amiss in preparing your meal.
