The day was finally here
Alfie was genuinely eager to be a part of the baby’s life, no matter what his age was. They learned about Chantelle’s pregnancy eight months into her term and had little time to get ready for motherhood.
His parents did everything they could in the time available to welcome their child into the world. It had been a long time since Alfie was at home. It was his father’s first experience, and he wasn’t sure what to expect. He didn’t feel prepared for it at all because he knew nothing about birth or how things function technically. All he cared about at the time was being a good dad like his father, and he wanted to be just like him.
