What Is Up?
Companies need to be careful when trying to rip off Disney films and characters. Do you know how many super-lawyers the company has? If you even write the name of one of their characters on a sheet of paper, at least a dozen lawyers in Mickey Mouse hats will come bursting through your windows with a cease and desist letter.
That’s probably why this film production studio came up with “What’s up? Balloon to the Rescue” with a unique cast of generic characters and only one hot air balloon to carry the house to greener pastures. So, good on them for making their film just unique enough to avoid a lawsuit.
