I like to cook from scratch a lot, and so my pantry is always full of fresh vegetables. The only problem with that is keeping them fresh, and keeping them in one place. I’m forever picking up garlic bulbs and new potatoes that have rolled away as I’m opening the door or moving something else on the shelf.
I never would have thought about using this idea to keep them from escaping. All you need are those wire magazine files that you bought when you were trying to organize your office and never used (mainly because we’re all paperless now). They really are perfect for keeping your alliums from rolling away.
