#17: Flaming Yon
It might sound stupid to some of you reading this, but to me it actually sounds quite appetizing, conjuring up images of some super char-grilled, smoky meat. I’d like to suggest that we start rebranding cuts from the smaller end of the beef tenderloin as a “Flaming Yon” and just see if it catches on.
