You’re probably familiar with Jack in the Box, but people who were around in the 50s might remember it as Topsy’s Drive-In. That was the name of the original burger stand opened by Robert O. Peterson. Serving drive-in staples like burgers, onion rings, and freshly squeezed lemonade, it had a good run before all locations were converted into Jack in the Box.
