DIY Headlamps
There’s a reason people don’t take their cars to the mechanic every time the engine light turns on or if there’s no more motor oil in the engine. It’s because mechanics charge an arm and a leg for simple maintenance. They’ll swindle you into replacing the exhaust drive or refill the blinker fluid even though you came in to pump air into your tires.
So, when this person’s car’s headlamps died on them, they chose the more dangerous, potentially life-threatening option of attaching regular flashlights on the hood of their car instead of paying through the nose to get the headlamps fixed. That’s thinking outside the box but inside the coffin!
