Showerheads are one of the first fixtures in a bathroom to go. There’s probably something about a massive buildup of calcified gunk that makes them unusable after the first three years. Of course, you can scale your showerheads using nothing but vinegar, but that’s for chumps.
An engineer will think beyond common solutions and come up with something that no one has thought of before. Well, there might actually be a good reason why nobody thought of replacing their showerhead with a regular faucet, but if it works, that should be good enough for everyone.
