Keshia is in the Kitchen
Before becoming a Huxtable on The Cosby Show, Keshia Knight Pulliam helped us learn our ABCs with Big Bird and the gang on Sesame Street. When she was only six years old, her acting ability won her an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. She didn’t win, but she became one of the youngest people to receive a nod in television history.
Keshia Kettle was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She studied sociology at Spelman College and then made a career out of acting, becoming a regular in Lifetime movies. She’s now a self-described foodie with a spice line called Keshia’s Kitchen.
