This individual was painted to appear exactly like a parrot while she poses on top of a dead tree, projecting a total parrot vibe. Her feet are virtually unnoticeable as her tail and hindquarters from the parrot’s rear and rump.
It’s a shame that the artist couldn’t smooth out the edges because real-life birds aren’t always perfectly round. We’re not sure whether painting oneself blue and blending in nature will attract or repel predators, but it’s an issue we need to research further. And what purpose does being bright serve to these happy birds? This is one of those mysteries that keeps us up at night.
