#44: Magic letters in Back to the Future
There’s a lot that can go wrong in a time-travel movie. The plot itself is packed with crazy twists and turns and confusing situations. This detail is almost microscopic and definitely imperceptible unless we pause to examine the scene. Over time, the letter Marty leaves for Doc changes color, but oddly, it also changes layout. As we can see, the word “disaster” appears alone on a line in the final sentence, but after some time, the final line is made up of two words: “terrible disaster.” Yes, the error is elaborate, but it is there.
