Audrey Hepburn and Andrea Dotti
Audrey married Italian psychiatrist Andrea Dotti in a town hall ceremony in Switzerland on January 18, 1969. She wore a Hubert de Givenchy-designed long-sleeve, funnel-neck mini dress in pale pink, which she paired with white tights and white ballet flats (gloves also made their appearance as part of her wedding day look). She topped it off with a matching headscarf. After 14 years together, the couple divorced in 1982.

Fun Fact: Audrey met her second husband, psychiatrist Andrea Dotti, on a cruise. While he could help others with his psychological insights he wasn’t able to shine the spotlight on himself – the ill effects of his extramarital affairs ultimately doomed his marriage to failure.
