Neighborly behavior
Unfortunately, feuds between neighbors are a common thing. There’s a lot that can get in the way when you share a yard, a fence or even a street. Neighbors are sometimes dirty, loud or otherwise rude and inconsiderate, and it’s hard to turn the other cheek and walk away when you live right next door to one another.
What do you do when dealing with an inconsiderate neighbor? Some people decide to take the higher road and come with peace offerings, while others decide to give their inconsiderate neighbors a taste of their own medicine. This person decided to just ignore his neighbors completely, as if they don’t even live there, which is why he (very blatantly) cleaned only his side of the fence.
