Give Your Child a Banana Before Sleep Time
The first couple of years are extremely challenging when it comes to sleep time both for your child and you. Most mothers struggle with creating a proper sleep schedule for their toddlers. If you’ve tried just about anything to sleep train them and haven’t succeeded, here’s a hack you could try.

Just give them a banana to eat right before bedtime. They are high in magnesium which promotes relaxation and vitamin B6 in them helps in melatonin production. Melatonin in turn is what helps us fall asleep. Who knew a simple banana would do the trick?
