Use Veggie Squeezes
We don’t have to tell you how important it is to make sure that your tiny tots eat enough vegetables and fruits. Of course, we know that it’s not always going to be an easy job to get them to do so. Thankfully, there are plenty of delicious recipes out there that skillfully hide veggies.
For when you don’t have the time to cook, though, just resort to veggie squeezes. They usually have more fruits than vegetables meaning your child will have no idea that they’re eating something like kale or spinach. Do read the nutritional information first and make sure that there’s no added sugar and that it’s as natural as possible.
