When Visitors Overstay Their Welcome
I’m sure everybody has been in a situation like this before. It is an all too familiar situation for nearly all of us. That time when a visitor overstays their welcome and you wonder how to let them know, it’s time to head out. Funny how sometimes you would think the “welp” signal is some form of an open secret. Or any other “it’s time to head out” sign popular in your region.
Somehow that “welp” sign completely goes over your visitor’s head, they are completely oblivious that it’s time to leave. Well, I guess either like the Midwest folks your visitors understand the sign or you simply have to lay it out straight for them “Bro it’s my nap time”. You can’t say I didn’t come to your rescue with that one in case pulling a “Midwestern welp” doesn’t work out for you.
