It’s official: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first child! The royals just confirmed the news through Kensington Palace. The Duchess is due this spring, which means she’s already been photographed a number of times with her baby bump under wraps.
Ever since Meghan announced her pregnancy in October after Princess Eugenie’s wedding (and we all knew she was pregnant from the moment that she stepped out of the car), her fashion has been what we would call “on point”. We didn’t have to wait long to see Meghan’s first outfit post-baby news (she wore a white fitted dress by Karen Gee) since she and Prince Harry are on a 16-day royal tour through Australia, Fiji, Tonga, and New Zealand.
For a night event to mark the centenary of the Armistice at Westminster Abbey, Meghan looked elegant in a wide-neck navy peplum top and matching navy skirt along with her trusty Aquazzura Deneuve Bow Pumps Opens a New Window. Whilst on November 11th (Also known as remembrance Sunday) Striking an understated tone, the Duchess opted for a simple black custom Givenchy peacoat and sleek diamond earrings or the daytime Remembrance Sunday Service at The Cenotaph Church.
The Duchess of Sussex once again showed off her ever-growing bump as she met celebrities attending the Royal Variety Performance, six months after her Royal Wedding with Prince Harry. The Duchess celebrated her six-month wedding anniversary by attending a royal engagement at the London Palladium. There, she looked splendid in a sleeveless black and white £895 top and a matching £850 long gown by London-based designer Safiyaa, which accentuated her growing baby bump. Arriving at the West End theatre with her husband Prince Harry, the Duchess was spotted chatting with some of the celebrities taking part to the show, including members of the cast of the musical Hamilton. The outfit choice was celebrated and the evenings’ events have now affectionately been dubbed ‘Bump’s night out!’.
We think that it is safe to say that Meghan’s pregnancy fashion is even better than her ‘regular style’ and we cannot wait to see how she is going to dress her ever growing bump!
