The daily gym routine was just one part of the intricate weight loss program that Lexi and Danny were striving for. They needed to find the willpower to stop eating out and buying takeout and instead prepare fresh, healthy and delicious meals by themselves. They discovered that they enjoyed cooking together as a couple.
As a mutual decision was reached, Lexi and Danny started making their own food at home. But this time, instead of frozen pizzas, they planned to incorporate healthier foods that would help them achieve their weight loss goals. However, saying something and sticking to it are two different things.
