Grassy terrains can conceal dangerous obstacles and cliffs that you won’t see until it’s too late. It’s generally a good idea to drive slowly around tight turns and winding roads, but even cautious driving doesn’t guarantee absolute safety. When this guy’s car careened off the road, he found himself staring at a 10-foot cliff head on.
As his comment suggests, he was mere inches away from freefalling down a steep cliff. Granted, 10 feet isn’t anything compared to the first picture on our list, but it’s definitely more than enough to completely crush your vehicle upon landing. That was a really, really close call.
