The prom loophole
Prom is probably the most memorable thing about high school. You might not remember your teachers’ names, but you certainly can recall who you went to prom with. However, one school banned students from going to prom if they had detention. Oddly enough, if you were suspended, you were free to party hardy with your senior classmates.
To make things even weirder, if you skipped detention, you were automatically suspended. So, the student decided to ditch detention, get suspended, and was free to go to prom with his girlfriend at the time. The school’s administration could do nothing but give him the stink eye.
