The clawing madness
A lot of families have a go-to diner or place they like to eat. In this story, the family’s favorite restaurant had a claw machine that dispensed candy. If they were lucky, they’d take home a handful of “free” candy for their efforts. Even though the restaurant set up the claw machine for fun, one family had to ruin it for everyone.
The trick of this candy machine is that it registered only large quantities of candy at a time. If you took the candy out piece by piece, you could get another free try. By doing this ad infinitum, the family won it all. The restaurant removed the claw machine shortly after.
