A real go-getter!
This story is about someone who discovered a loop in their office’s attendance system. So, if an employee clocked in at 9 AM, they had seven minutes to get to their workstation. If you were late after the seven-minute mark, the company would mark you down as 15 minutes late.

One employee discovered that this system also worked when clocking out. If you clocked out at five, you’d have seven minutes to make it out of the door. Any later and you’d be paid for 15 minutes of overtime. So, for every seven minutes he “stayed late” after work, he made double the overtime pay.
