Remember when the teacher would step out of class? Those were the most enjoyable couple of minutes of all time. However, there’d always be one snitch in every class who’d rat their peers out. In this case, if you were called out, you’d have to write lines. This is a very common yet very ineffective go-to punishment.
Two best buds in class wanted to chill but also didn’t want to stay after class to write lines. So, they pre-wrote the lines on paper then had a jolly time chatting up a storm. When called out by the teacher’s pet, the students handed in their pre-written lines and continued with their conversation. They forgot about the part where they have to stay after class though.
