Viewers Became Invested in her Character
While AT&T isn’t surprised that viewers have found Milana to be likable and funny, what surprised them was how invested they became in Lily the character. Apparently, her last name “Adams” was only mentioned in one spot but fans remember it nonetheless. She has tons of admirers and even has dedicated Twitter accounts run by fans.
It all has to do with how approachable and charming she is with just the right amount of sass. Lily has also appeared on the website and in retail stores. No one is more elated about the success of this campaign than Milana herself. She admitted that she feels lucky to be a part of something that allows her to improvise and give it her best.
