No One Expected Lily to Become a Commercial Campaign
When asked how Milana landed the life-changing role of Lily, she explained that it was just a run-of-the-mill audition and that nobody thought it would end up becoming a campaign. She was originally cast for a single spot as “Supervisor” in December 2013. However, her endearingly comical personality resonated so well with the viewers that AT&T decided to bring her in for more ads.
People loved how relatable she was and how believable she made the character of Lily seem. AT&T was thrilled with Milana’s sense of humor and her range as an actress which keeps the campaign fresh to date.
