In the morning
Imagine getting a knock at your door at six in the morning and its representatives from the new homeowners association. You have just moved into the community and you are excited to start your new life with what you think is a nice group of people who live around you.
But instead of greeting you with open hearts, they immediately inform you that you made a mistake and violated some trivial law. Maybe if they were feeling nice that day they could have left you off with a warning, but we doubt it. They don’t do warnings, not even on your first day.
