Hard plastic packaging is a pain to deal with. Companies really should find a way to crack these packages open. But if you have a pair of scissors, you don’t need to crack your fingernails while trying to open the danged thing. Just give it a quick snip and you’ll have your product out in no time.
Or you could end up ruining the product entirely and having to buy a new one. That’s exactly what happened to this unfortunate woman. We hope she learned her lesson right after this. But we hope even more that she snipped the replacement USB charger cable and had to buy a third.
