Wifi surveillance
When you’re letting out a property that you own then, obviously, you want to make sure that whoever is living there is treating it well. No-one wants tenants who punch walls or stain floors. This is what tenancy agreements are there for, though, and the odd landlord inspection is probably justified.
There is a clear line that landlords shouldn’t cross, however, and this landlord has gone way past it. Instead of building a relationship of trust with his tenants, he decided to install a 360-degree wifi camera instead. Not only creepy, but I’m also pretty sure this is illegal.
