Waiting for rain
When your ceiling falls in, whether it was a surprise or you saw it coming and didn’t get any help, you would think that you have a pretty good case for getting the landlord to come and sort it out as soon as possible. The term “health hazard” springs to mind when I look at this picture.
However, the landlord in this case was in no hurry at all to come and do any repairs. He argued that there was no point in doing anything until the next time it rained, because only then would they be able to find out where the leak was. Hmm, I see no problem with this theory!
