Where Are You Going?
Not all women are used to wearing makeup on a daily basis. Some like to be dolled up every day, and other like to put on makeup only for special occasions. Kids aren’t familiar with the concept of makeup, so when they’re used to seeing their mom make-up free, a la natural, it might be strange seeing her with makeup.

These girls seem to be familiar with their mother’s habits, and they know that whenever she puts on makeup and nice clothes (rather than sweatpants, or jeans and a t-shirt, we assume), it means she’s going somewhere special. Why they’re horrified about that is beyond us. Isn’t mommy allowed to go to nice places? After all, she’s working so hard to provide her kids with the best life. She deserves to have some fun!
