Edible food at the train station
Train station food isn’t exactly fine dining. Many of us would agree that partaking in train station “delights” isn’t worth the hours of stomach cramps afterward. However, if you’re visiting Japan, not only are the meals actually edible, but they’re presented in a way that will make your mouth water.
All of the menu items are presented in plastic form outside of the restaurants, so you can see what sort of dishes they offer. After receiving your meal, you’ll wonder why they don’t make train station food as good as this back at home. Best of all, the meals are super-affordable, so anyone taking the train can catch a quick lunch before hopping aboard.
