Tiny, thoughtful gifts
Who doesn’t like receiving tiny gifts when they purchase an item? It doesn’t have to be expensive (though that would make us incredibly happy), and even the tiniest gift can leave a permanent smile on anybody’s face. That’s exactly what you’ll get when shopping in many small shops in Japan.

As you undoubtedly know by now, Japanese workers will go out of their way to ensure their guests are as satisfied as possible. This includes origami in their shopping bags after purchasing an item. We wish we had this in the States, but the best we get is an angry glare from the seller for not buying more stuff (just kidding).
