Godzilla for scale
The objects used for measuring varies from place to place. On the internet, you’ll often find people placing bananas or onions next to items. You could make things easier by measuring the object, but where’s the fun in that? Speaking of which, Japan uses a monstrous scale unlike any other country.

For those who don’t know, Godzilla stands 100 meters tall or roughly 328 feet. That’s seven meters taller than the Statue of Liberty and 39 meters shorter than the Great Pyramid of Giza. It would take about 62.5 Japanese men of average height standing atop of each other to reach the top of Godzilla’s head.
