In 1968, the Sony Trinitron KV-1210 Color TV was a real tech gem with its 12-inch screen and twist knobs for changing channels, even though it was pretty heavy (as far as TVs go today). Its unique and stylish design put it ahead of other TVs at the time.
At the time, people were pretty impressed by it, almost as if they were looking at a masterpiece. It was a big deal in entertainment history, showing how far TV technology had come and setting a high standard for what people expected from their TVs.
